Performance Stand Up Paddle Retreats are not just about working on your paddle stroke and going for distance paddles. We want you to relax and de-stress from your normal lives in a gorgeous setting. We will try our hand at SUP surfing, go on beach walks/runs, do beach workouts, hike a local mountain, do some yoga, visit the local farmer’s market, relax on the beach with a good book, and eat some yummy, healthy food. Many meals will be catered, but we will also visit some fun, local restaurants nearby. We want you to come away from the retreats with a new lease on life and a greater sense of adventure.
